Hotel a Birch Run

“I was not expecting a motel. Bed was comfortable, bathroom tight. Hotel in front gives different vibe. Americinn is main hotel where ice machine is, breakfast & pool. If I knew I would have booked there. Poor signage, entry off main road is steep. Each building needs an ice machine. We have a hard time walking. Had to drive to get ice. Didn't use pool. Breakfast was ok. No coffee today, they were out of it bed never made.”

“Clean for that area”

“The rooms were clean but a little run down. The beds were comfortable. Over all the place needs a little upkeep. I wouldn’t say it was worth the price we paid.”

“Rarely does one feel they have been welcomed as if they had "come home" to a hotel or Bed & Breakfast. I have stayed in a few grander historic hotels, but never felt so at home as when my son and I stayed a few mights at The Montague Inn. It is a lovely, beautifully maintained mansion from the 1930s, almost immaculately clean, with charming and comfortable guest rooms, sitting areas, patios and gardens. “Cozy, comfortable little cabin with modern amenities, a beautiful setting, and enough space between cabins for some serenity and solitude. Great communication and service from staff. Nature trails for lovely short hikes on the property, and each cabin has its own fire pit!”

“The staff is very friendly. It was clean and quiet , comfortable beds with a breakfast in the morning. We were in town for a 2 day golf outing and it was good for all of us, lots of space for us to sit outside and relax, while we all talked about our day on the course. Sadly the bar /restuarant is no longer in business , that was one of the major reasons we stayed , this way nobody had to drive once there. “Room was clean. Hotel smelled good. Breakfast area was clean and good. Staff was wonderful.”

“Very clean room that was recently renovated. Comfortable bed. Good offerings on the TV, including streaming services and on-demand content. Fast check in. The breakfast offerings are very limited because of the size of the space they have to work with, but it was still appreciated.”

“Had to switch rooms 3 times. Check in was after 6 pm to clean room and then they gave me a room with a single bed. Went to 2cd room air conditioner didn’t work so they sent a repair guy and after he cleaned it. It stopped working 15 minutes later. Went to a 3 rd room were the air conditioner blower worked but could hardly keep a reasonable temperature. Take this off you site. No one should stay here.”

“L'hotel, facile da trovare, lascia a desiderare per quanto riguarda la pulizia degli spazi comuni: la hall è maleodorante e bisogna sottolineare che è il luogo dove consumare la colazione (un pò contenuta rispetto agli standard degli altri hotel frequentati nel nostro viaggio negli USA) !!! L'hotel è in parziale ristrutturazione, ma la camera era assolutamente pulita e confortevole. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e professionale.”

“The property was good. But the room we had wasn’t the greatest. We had mold in the shower and our bed had a caved in area in the mattress. Otherwise it wasn’t a bad place to stay. A good amount of restaurants in the area. Vinnys pizzeria was delicious and so was the Michigan cream and sugar ice cream place.”
